It captures your day, quietly
From the Windows tray, the app records the active app, window title, browser tab domain and idle or lock time. Everything is stored on your PC.
Automatic time tracking for Windows. Timesheet Tracker quietly records your day, finds Jira keys on its own and drafts your worklogs. You review, click once, and an hour of Friday becomes 10 seconds.
Simple. One ring, one sentence, one button.Details, when you want them. The column narrows, your whole day slides in.
Your timesheet is still empty.
What if it filled itself?
No timers to start, no ticket numbers to remember. Three steps, and only the last one needs you.
From the Windows tray, the app records the active app, window title, browser tab domain and idle or lock time. Everything is stored on your PC.
Jira keys in titles, URLs and git branches are matched locally, without AI. For the leftovers, AI picks the task and drafts one worklog text per task.
Change a task or mark a block as not work, then confirm. Worklogs go to Jira Cloud or Server/Data Center — without duplicates — or to a CSV file.
By Friday your week is already sorted. Skim it, answer the one question the app wasn't sure about, and send 38 hours to Jira in one click.
Your week, in sentences. Five day rings and one quick question.Every worklog, ready to send. Drafts, confidence and the split by project.
Each task gets one clear line per day — written from what you actually did, not a generic “development”.
Blocks the app can't decide are flagged with two or three likely options. Everything else is pre-filled.
Already-logged days are recognised, so re-sending never doubles your hours in Jira.
Built for developers, analysts, consultants and agencies who have to log time in Jira — and would rather not think about it.
Issue keys are picked up from window titles, browser tabs, pull requests and git branch names — instantly, on your PC.
feature/CASE-1423-token/browse/OPS-77[CASE-1388] ReviewOne click assigns the blocks rules couldn't place — Figma files, Slack threads, Confluence pages — with a confidence score for each.
One short, specific description per task, built from what you touched: “Reviewed PRs #412, #418 in billing”.
Nothing is logged until you confirm. Change the task, split a block or mark it as “not work” in the review screen.
Worklogs are written with your own account to Jira Cloud or Jira Server / Data Center. No duplicates when you re-send.
Lunch, a locked screen or a walk away from the keyboard is marked as away — it never sneaks into your timesheet.
Need it in a spreadsheet or another system? Export the confirmed week to CSV. XLSX and direct Tempo support are planned.
Prefer nothing leaves your PC? Turn AI off. Keys and rules still match locally; you place the rest by hand.
A native Windows app that starts with your PC and stays out of the way. No browser tab to keep open, no timer to remember.
Your activity log is yours. It lives on your PC, and the AI only sees a masked summary — and only when you press the button.
Recorded locally, never uploaded.
For the blocks rules couldn't match.
Not collected — so it can't leak.
Built for the person who logs the time.No manager dashboardsNo employee monitoringNo team reports
Most trackers either ask you to run timers or collect everything in the cloud. Timesheet Tracker does the remembering locally and writes straight to Jira.

No. It is built for the person who logs the time. There are no screenshots, no keystroke logging, no manager dashboards and no team reports. Your activity stays on your PC, and only the worklogs you confirm are sent to Jira.
Nothing, until you act. When you click Sort my day, masked window titles, app names, domains and durations of the unassigned blocks are sent to the AI. Full URLs, page content, screenshots, keystrokes and your Jira token are never sent. When you confirm the day, the worklogs you approved go to your Jira. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes. In No-AI mode nothing is sent to an AI provider. Jira keys in window titles, URLs and git branches are still matched locally, and you assign the remaining blocks yourself in the review screen.
Jira Cloud and Jira Server / Data Center. Worklogs are written with your own account, and re-sending a day does not create duplicates. New to worklogs? See how to log time in Jira.
Most of the day is matched without AI: Jira keys such as ABC-123 appear in window titles, browser tabs, pull request names and git branch names like feature/ABC-123-login. AI only handles the leftovers, and you confirm every assignment before anything is logged.
Today it writes native Jira worklogs and exports CSV. Direct Tempo support and Excel (XLSX) export are planned.
Timesheet Tracker is free during early access. If paid plans appear later, they will be announced in advance and early users will hear first.
